A measurement report for every connection. We only hand over what demonstrably works.

From blowing at the street to the router in the living room.

Before the fibre arrives, your house needs its own duct. This is how we lay it.
The duct bundle starts at the street cabinet (NVt). It runs beneath the pavement and holds many micro-ducts – one of them is reserved for your house.
At the branch point we lead your house's micro-duct out of the bundle.
We lay the duct to the house wall – in a narrow trench or, where the ground allows, trenchless. The surface is restored afterwards.
A gas- and watertight house entry leads the duct safely into the building.
In a single-family house the empty duct ends directly at the OneBox – there is no separate building entry point. Now the fibre can be blown in.

In an apartment building the duct ends in the basement at the large OneBox – the building entry point (HÜP) for the whole building. From here, all flats are connected.
Once the duct is in place, the fibre follows – turning the house connection into a working line.
Using compressed air, we blow the mini-cable through the duct into the house. At the street cabinet (NVt) it is spliced to the fibre network.
In a single-family house the fibre arrives directly in the OneBox, where it is spliced.
From the OneBox we route the cable neatly in a cable duct up to the ground floor, where the fibre router is connected.
We measure the line, document everything and close the order in GBGS. Your connection is ready.

In the basement the fibre arrives in the large OneBox – building entry point and building distributor in one. Here we splice the fibres for every flat.
Via the riser in the stairwell we run a separate cable for each flat to its entrance.
At the flat entrance we drill through the wall and install the subscriber socket (TA) – usually directly behind the entry.
The fibre router is connected to the TA. We measure every line, document everything and close the orders in GBGS.

Fibre roll-out needs skilled people – and offers secure prospects. We are looking for reinforcement in civil works, installation and the office.
The most common questions from homeowners and tenants – answered briefly.
First we lay a duct from the street cabinet (NVt) into your house. Then we blow in the fibre and splice it in the OneBox. In a single-family house this is already the connection your router plugs into. In an apartment building a large OneBox sits in the basement; from there a cable runs through the stairwell to every flat, where the subscriber socket (TA) is installed at the entrance. Finally we measure and document the line.
Usually a few hours. The exact time depends on the building and cable routes. We will tell you what to expect when we arrange the appointment.
Yes – you or another authorised person. We need access to the basement or utility room and – in apartment buildings – to your flat, because the TA is installed at the flat entrance.
Please make sure there is free access to the outer wall, the utility room and the spot where the OneBox or TA should go. There should be a power socket nearby for the modem and router. If you rent, please inform your landlord or property management.
Small holes are usually needed for the house entry and cable routes. We agree the route with you beforehand – and leave everything clean.
Costs depend on your contract with the network operator or internet provider. We carry out the work on their behalf. Your provider can answer questions on prices and contracts.
The connection usually requires the building owner's consent. Once that is settled, you book the appointment with us as usual.
After installation and measurement we close the order in the system. Your provider activates the line and will inform you about the activation date.
Yes. Please call or email us as early as possible – we will find a new date.
Project enquiry, capacity requirements or an appointment for your house connection – we will get back to you promptly.
